All services require either a completed subscription sign-up or a one-time payment confirmation. Service start dates and access depend on successful payment. Fees are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• One-Time Services: Full refunds are available if requested within7 calendar days of payment, provided no documents have been delivered or signed.
• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. If canceled within the first 14 days of your initial payment, you will receive a full prorated refund for unused days. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual plan holders may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you may cancel to prevent renewal but will not receive a refund for the current term.
• How to Request: Email[email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line and include your order details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Real Form Now is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability for direct damages is capped at the total fees paid for the affected service.
